Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Custom or personalised pieces
- Worn earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.
